Even though it's totally in that danger area of Exoticizing The Other for me (not necessarily for him), I love Pieter Hugo's work, especially the hyena series. I mean, part of the danger is because hyenas just look so goddamned weird to me, these wrong dogs, but even with dogs these would be powerful images.
