Goddamn CSS

I can't seem to make the main posting part of the blog wider without it getting rid of the sidebar. I want to make the main part wider so that the photos (uploaded at even medium size using blogger's own defaults) don't get cut off.

Grr. I know enough to know how to monkey around but not enough to fix even a simple problem.

Hey, I found your Blog by simply clicking the "next blog" button. There I saw your css post. This may help, it may not, as I am new to Blogspot. I use Photobucket first. You can create a free photobucket account to upload or capture pictures. Then they have easy resizing tools. What is cool about them is that they give several "emebedding" options that you can play with to help with centering your pics.
Hope this helps.

Hey, Gulftriton, that's not a bad idea. I think I might try Flickr instead because I already have an account there, but mostly I'm just lazy and wanted the lazy way out. I think it's also that a lot of the artists that I've been linking to have been putting up fairly high-res images, so it throws the sizing off.
